Registration

Do I need to register before I place an order?

Yes, as registered user, you will be able to retrieve your past orders and be able to checkout quickly, change your Billing & Shipping addresses, reorder the past orders and you will have a fast, safe and secure shopping experience on our website.

How do I update my personal details, like password, shipping addresses?

Login to your account, click on the My Account link, located on the top right section of our website. Then click to change your addresses, for the Billing and Shipping, if they have been inputted earlier.

Orders

How do I purchase my preferred wines and spirits on your website?

Our website is easy to use and there are only 3 steps:

1. Choose the French wines/spirits that you prefer and add them to your Shopping cart.

2. If you don’t have an account with us, Click on view cart then, enter your shipping, billing address and details. If you do have an account, these details will be automatically be filled from your account, once you have logged in.

3. Click on place order, and follow the instructions to make payment using our Payment Gateway provider and then your order will be confirmed once, we send you an update via email.

Can I change my order after I have made payment?

Please contact us here or call us +(65) 65 6909 8176 at least 24 hours in advance before your scheduled delivery timing.

Am I able to cancel my order?

No cancellation is allowed for confirmed orders.

How do I use a coupon code?

On the checkout or Shopping cart page, Enter your code in the Coupon code field and click the Apply coupon button.

If the product is out of stock, what happens?

Periodically our Inventory is checked to maintain all accuracy with our website, but on some instances, some vintages or wines may not be available. When such errors occur we will select a comparable vintage or propose an alternative.

We will inform you via email the selected wines and you reserve all rights to accept it or replace the item with an alternative wine of your preference from our website. If you prefer not to accept our selected recommendations, we will ship the remaining wines/spirits and minus the out of stock item and refund the price difference to you.

Are the prices on the website inclusive of GST and what are the terms for promotional items?

• All prices of wines/spirits listed on the website, are exclusive of GST. 9% GST will be calculated after shipping address is added upon checkout.
• All Pricing and availability of wines/spirits, are subject to change without prior notice and we reserve all rights to change the pricing.
• For all promotional items, please refer to their individual product pages for any additional Terms and Conditions.

Is the website secure?

Wine Selection Pte Ltd ensures that all information collected will be safely and securely stored. We protect your personal information by:

• Restricting access to personal information.
• Maintaining technology products to prevent unauthorised computer access.
• Securely destroying your personal information when it is no longer needed for any legal or business purpose.

We use 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology when processing your financial details. 128-bit SSL encryption is hard to break, and is the industry standard.

Your password is the key to your account. Please use unique numbers, letters and special characters, and do not share your password to anyone. If you do share your password with others, you will be responsible for all actions taken in the name of your account and the consequences.

If you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your personal information and other information submitted to our website. You could also be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf.

Therefore, if your password has been compromised for any reason or if you have grounds to believe that your password has been compromised, you should immediately contact us and change your password. You are reminded to log off of your account and close the browser when finished using a shared computer.

Delivery

What are the delivery charges and the minimum amount I need to meet to qualify for free delivery?

We have delivery team to make sure your items reach you safe and sound. We strive hard to make sure we get your purchases to you in a timely manner.

Next day Delivery

All deliveries from Sunday – Thursday (excluding public holidays and Saturdays). We charge a standard flat rate of $20 for all deliveries island-wide.

Free Delivery

All deliveries are Free if order amount is above $250.

What are the delivery terms and conditions?

• Standard Delivery, next Day Delivery options available from Sunday to Thursday. If there are any logistic complications due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve all our rights to extend the delivery timing. Our team will be in touch with you shortly, to notify the delivery date via email or phone call if there are any delays.
• Wine Selection Pte. Ltd reserves the right for re-arrangement of delivery due to wrong address OR if customer is not present at point of delivery.
• Wine Selection Pte. Ltd. will not be liable for any delays in its delivery service caused by reasons beyond its control.
• Wine Selection Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to deviate delivery times.
• Wine Selection Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to amend any of the terms and conditions without prior notice.
• There will be no cancellation and/or refund after order is paid, except cancellation/refund is only allowed due to unforeseen circumstances.

If the wrong shipping address is given, how do I change it?

Please email us here  or call us at +65 6909 8176 within 24 hours of your order to inform us of the change of address. If your order has been sent out for delivery, we would have to recover your shipment and additional charges may apply, which we would inform you via email.

Which parts of Singapore do you deliver to?

We deliver island-wide to all parts of Singapore.

Do you deliver overseas ?

We only fulfil local orders in Singapore for the moment.

Do you request IDs for verification, when delivery is made?

We abide by the laws of Singapore, Wine Selection Pte. Ltd is not allowed to sell any alcoholic beverages to any person below 18 years of age. To meet this requirements, all alcohol deliveries must be received by persons aged 18 and above. We reserve all rights, to request for a valid photo ID for verifications purposes to ensure that the recipient is 18  & above.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your Return policy?

Wine Selection Pte. Ltd strives to guarantee quality wines and spirits from France. If your bottle of wine/spirit, is damaged or broken upon receiving your order, please contact us upon receiving the order and we will exchange or refund your purchase. Do note that we strive to offer the Best prices and Free delivery for orders above $250 as such we are unable to accept returns, if you change your mind and decide that you don’t want the wines/spirits that we’ve delivered.
