Audry Cognac XO, Equal Blend of Grandes and Petites Champagnes, 40% vol. The first nose of black pepper and vanilla gives way to spicy, floral notes. On the patate : bittersweet, toasty, creamy flavour followed by hints of dark toffee and almond. A melted sensation voluptious and well-ballanced ; the alcohol does not overpower. Very expressive, lively and elegant finish.
