Chateau d’Ollieres is 50% Cinsault, 50% Grenache, this rose is the striking proof of the benefits of the climate of Provence. Hot days in summer and cool nights give a slow but long ripening of the grapes. The nose is particularly gourmand while the mouth, ample and lively, preserves a long aromatic richness. A small peppery note associated with Grenache invites to associate it with grill meat or fish and with mildly spicy dishes.
