French Wines Description

An attractive hint of reduction on the nose quickly blows off to reveal ripe citrus notes. The cool, east-facing Vireux is adjacent to Meursault Les Vireuils; rather than a mini-Meursault, however, this is a maxi-Auxey-Duresses. Its class is confirmed as it tightens up towards the finish, revealing a stony mineral character.
