French Wines Description

Bright straw colour with a watery hue. Lifted ripe pear, lime and dried honey aromas overlay wet stone, subtle oyster shell and chalk. Nicely rounded, the palate opens with fleshy pear, lime and dried honey flavours. Sitting in the background are stony characters and a subtle chalky minerality. Finishes dry with a lick of fresh acidity and a textured medium-length aftertaste.
